Kelsifahr, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, was formed in May of 2007 for the purpose of acquiring the assets of Busch Electronics, LLC. Kelsifahr is a small, entrepreneurial company that operates as three distinct but related businesses, each of which is described below.  Generally speaking, our interest is in marketing, selling, and developing industrial controls and related capital equipment.  We are always interested in hearing from companies who manufacture products related to those in our current portfolio, and who are seeking marketing and sales expertise in the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Busch Electronics is an independent manufacturers' representative and distributor. Founded in 1978, Busch's background is in electric process heating. We continue to offer high quality process heating components and equipment that offer exceptional value to our customers, and distribute for manufacturers of complementary industrial components and capital equipment. The vertical markets we are currently pursuing are plastic extrusion, packaging machinery, and food processing.

Busch Electronics is a traditional defined-territory sales representation and distribution organization currently covering North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

O.E.M. Heaters was begun as a division of Busch Electronics, LLC, in 2004. Since its inception, O.E.M. Heaters' mission has been to sell the territorially unrestricted products of our principals throughout North America.  

To our customers, we offer superior and attentive engineering assistance in their efforts to use electric heat in a wide variety of applications in industry, scientific research, and academia. To our principals we offer an e-commerce outlet for their products supported by a knowledgeable and experienced applications engineering staff.

Our long-term goal at O.E.M. Heaters is to offer our customers a purchasing and sourcing experience for electric process heating components and systems that is unequaled in ease of use and efficiency.  In addition to the product configuration tools that we have today, we plan to expand to enable online quoting of built-to-order products.

engenity, LLC, is a group of designers and engineers with extensive experience in the development of consumer, medical, and industrial products.  engenity's current mission is to develop products based on market needs identified through the sales and marketing efforts of Busch Electronics and O.E.M. Heaters.

engenity's first product, SoliStat™ 2, is now released.  SoliStat is the only complete control solution for DC-powered temperature-control applications. SoliStat is designed to accurately sense temperatures and control its internal switch in response to sensed temperature changes.
